PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. General Shipping Delivery will normally be within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Many products are made to order and will be dispatched between 5-7 working days after receipt of cleared funds.
If your Really Good Candle Company products are damaged or faulty in any way
please contact us within three days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund or exchange any unused goods providing these are returned undamaged and in saleable condition.
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return goods.
We do not offer free returns. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Please include your name and address (including postcode) inside the parcel with the reason for return stated clearly. We suggest returning parcels using recorded delivery as we can accept no responsibility for missing goods.
Once the parcel has been received, we will refund your order within 14 days of receipt but we will not refund the postage and packaging charges incurred in returning the item to us unless it is faulty. In the case of faulty goods, we will offer a full refund, including reasonable postage costs incurred by the customer if proof of payment is provided.
This applies only to goods purchased directly from The Really Good Candle Company website, it does not apply to wholesale goods or those purchased at fairs or other events.

The Really Good Candle Company shall not be liable for any consequential damages that result from the misuse of our products. Safe usage instructions are available on this site for all our products.
In the event that a Really Good Candle product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. The Really Good Candle Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Really Good Candle Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We know that you care about how your information is used. We only collect and store information that we require to action your order or request and we do this in accordance with the UK data protection and privacy laws.
